Director of the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences announces the call for applications for funding participation in conferences, workshops, summer schools etc.

Applications can be submitted to the address szkola.nsip@uw.edu.pl until the 13th of December 2020.

Rules

PhD student who has received funding from Doctoral School should:

Before departure:

Complete and sign in two places a travel application form and then submit:

to the Head of Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences, prof. dr hab. Jerzy Tiuryn – to sign and for acceptance*,
to Doctoral School Office

*in the case of co-financing a trip by another Department at UW, the travel application has to be signed by representative of the Bursar’s Office (Pełnomocnik Kwestora) and the Head of the Department.

Then the form has to be submitted in to the Foreign Trade Section (Kwestura, Karowa 20, 10:00-14:00, room 406)

The form has to include information about funding.

1. The tickets are to be bought in the WhyNot TRAVEL office. You should submit to the office signed form:

„Ticket Purchase order”
or – „Ticket purchase order with a ,,low cost airline””

After arrival back to Poland:

Complete and submit to the Foreign Trade Section in Bursar’s Office of the University of Warsaw (Karowa 20, 10:00-14:00, room 406)

Travel costs form

and its copy to the Doctoral School Secretary’s Office (ul. Żwirki i Wigury 93 pok. 3061 III p, 10:00-14:00).
