Part 2: Legal aspects of sharing research data (90 minutes)
1. Research data as subject of legal regulations
2. Sharing research data from an intellectual property law perspective
3. Sharing research data from the perspective of personal data protection
4. Commercialisation of research outputs
5. Using open and free licences (Creative Commons and Open Data Commons)
The training will be led by Agnieszka Cybulska-Phelan and Katarzyna Gaczyńska from the Open Science Platform (ICM UW). There will be time for questions and answers during the meeting.
The training is organised by the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Digital Competence Centre at the University of Warsaw.
The training is delivered as part of Action I.3.6 “Digital Humanities” of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme.
