PhD Camp (24–26 October)

Dear First-Year Doctoral Students,

We are happy to invite you to the 1st Integration and Training Trip for 1st-year Doctoral Students –
“PhD Camp 2025”, which will take place on 24–26 October 2025 at the European Centre for
Geological Education of the University of Warsaw in Chęciny.

The trip will be an excellent opportunity to get to know each other, exchange experiences, integrate
within the PhD community, and gain practical knowledge useful at the beginning of the academic
path.
Those interested are kindly asked to fill in the registration form. Registration opens on 15 September
at 6:00 PM. Please note that the number of places is limited – first come, first served.

Thanks to funding from the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme, participation
in the event is free of charge.
