UW Dormitory Applications 2026/2027 – Information Meeting and Student Welfare Office Update
The University of Warsaw Student Welfare and Support Office invites doctoral candidates beginning their education in the 2026/2027 academic year to an online information meeting on the second round of applications for a place in a UW dormitory. The meeting will cover the application procedure, required documents, important deadlines, and the most common mistakes made during the application process. The meetings will take place on 7 August 2026: 11:00 (Polish) and 13:00 (English). Prior registration is required, and the number of participants is limited. Detailed information and registration forms are available on the Student Welfare and Support Office website.
We would also like to inform you that the Student Welfare and Support Office has relocated and is now located at 5/7 Stawki Street, Warsaw. Due to the relocation, the rules for serving students and doctoral candidates have changed. Please check the Office’s website for the latest contact and service information.
