The study is conducted by the Equality Team in cooperation with PEJK and the Centre for Women’s and Gender Research.
In the academic year 2022/2023, qualitative research was conducted (in-depth interviews with various groups of the UW community), now it is time for a survey. The link to the survey will be sent by email, and it will be possible to complete it using your USOS account.
The survey is addressed to both parents and non-parents and will be available in Polish and English.
The aim of the study is to collect your experiences, opinions and expectations regarding support for parents at the UW. The result of the study will be the creation of recommendations and the implementation of specific solutions that will help in reconciliation of work, family and private life.
