The inauguration of the academic year 2021/2022

The Director of the Doctoral School of Humanities invites
for the inauguration of the academic year 2021/2022

The ceremony will take place on October 5, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
in the Ballroom, the Tyszkiewicz-Potocki Palace
(Krakowskie Przedmieście 32, Warsaw, entrance from the inner courtyard).

Inaugural lecture “Back to the sources and what next”
will be given by dr hab. Monika Opalińska (Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw).

Opening ceremony and welcoming guests.
Speech by the SDNH Director, dr hab. Monika Rekowska, prof. ucz.
Speech by the representative of the Council of PhD Students of SDNH, Jakub Róg.
Speech by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the PhD Students’ Self-Government of the University of Warsaw, Przemysław Mroczkowski.
The inaugural lecture “Back to the sources and what next” will be given by dr hab. Monika Opalińska (Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw).

The inauguration is a formal event, while an information/organisation meeting for first-year SDNH PhD students will be held (online) on 7 October 2021 at 10:30 a.m. We will provide the link to the meeting via email the day before the meeting.
