Selection Process Schedule
Dear Candidates for the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences,
In the interests of your safety, the Head of Doctoral School has decided on the procedure for the organisation of exams and interviews.
Details below.
Oral qualification exams and interviews in remote mode
For 7 days prior to the scheduled interview/oral exam, the candidates will receive a message via the system of IRK with information about the meeting time with a link.
Safety procedures during written exam in stationary mode
- In order to enter the examination room, the Candidate shall be obliged to show an identity card.
- All members of the selection team will be equipped with a range of protective measures (gloves and masks).
- All Candidates writing exams shall be obligated to put on protective face masks (or other accessories covering their nose and mouth) and disinfect hands before entering a room.
- Each Candidate will receive a mask from the selection team.
- The Candidates may take off their masks while solving examination tasks.
- Hand and surface disinfectants will be available in the examination room.
For justified reasons (e.g. when the candidate stays abroad), based on the written request of the candidate addressed to the chairperson of the selection team appointed for the particular discipline, the written exam may be replaced with the oral exam carried out remotely, using generally available online tools.
The applications for selection process carried out remotely, using generally available online tools, should be submitted within two days from the date of publications of the interview schedule, including exams.
The application referred to above should be submitted in the form of a scan, signed by the candidate to the address: rekrutacja.nsp@uw.edu.pl

Physcial Sciences
03 July 2020, time 10:00-13:00 – written exams (in remote mode using the Google Meet platform)
At a specified time, connect to the qualifying team using the Google Meet platform and successfully broadcast an image of the Candidate solving the problems; send to the team scans or photos of solutions no later than 10 min after the exam.
