Ranking list – recruitment 2020/2021

Recruitment coordinator for the Doctoral School of Social Sciences publishes the ranking list of candidates resulting from the recruitment procedure to the Doctoral School of Social Sciences (date of the publication: 28.07.2020):

In accordance with the recruitment schedule the following documents shall be submitted by the candidates recommended to be admitted to the School by the 18th of September 2020:
– the original document entitling them to take up education in the School or an official copy thereof (e.g. diploma of completion of the second-cycle programme); in the case of candidates, who are non-Polish citizens, the document should be legalised. It is recommended to check here whether the country in which a given document was issued is a party to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, concluded in The Hague, 5 October 1961. If so, the document’s legalisation is replaced by an Apostille certificate attached to it. If not, it is necessary to legalise the document.
– the following documents printed out from the account in the IRK system:
a) a declaration concerning undertaking education in the Doctoral School
b) an application for admission to the Doctoral School

The documents should be submitted to:

Opening hours: In order to make an appointment at the Doctoral Schools Secretary’s Office and submit the documents the candidates recommended to be admitted to the School are requested to use the tool available HERE.

Note: The candidates are requested to bring with them an identity document with a photograph, a protective mask and their own pen.
