Mental health guide for the University of Warsaw community

The University of Warsaw has created a guide dedicated to caring for mental health and building resilience. The publication was prepared as part of the ongoing “Your Head – Your Strength” campaign at the University of Warsaw, implemented by the University of Warsaw Psychological Support Center. The initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and promote well-being among the entire academic community.

Each of us has an impact on how we feel and how we cope with everyday challenges.

Building mental resilience begins with small steps and developing good habits.

The newly created guide includes practical tips on how to:

  • manage stress,
  • regulate emotions,
  • maintain relationships,
  • relax and reduce overstimulation,
  • build daily habits that support well-being.

The publication is free of charge in electronic format.

The printed version will be released at the end of November.
